Composition and layout
Different fonts and layout rules have to be observed for the foreign language.
We have the appropriate fonts for European, Asian and Oriental languages. Image processing and integrating photographic material are part of our service and carried out at no charge.
Translation Memory System
This type of system serves as an electronic memory and enables terms, sentences and parts of texts to be stored after use and then retrieved when required. We work with "Transit" and use it in particular to prepare and manage customers' terminology collections and in translations with controlled language. The use of Transit guarantees the consistent use of a specific terminology, even with extensive translations, and has proved to be an effective instrument with the same or similar text modules that occur frequently.
Development and terminology management
Because generally accessible two-language dictionaries are frequently insufficient for adequate translations of technical texts, our company has drawn up its own terminology collections. These are constantly complemented and developed further.
We also draw up and manage customers' own terminology collections. This service is without charge if it is provided in the framework of current orders.
Prices and quotation

The cost of translations depends on factors such as the language combination, the length of the text, its complexity, the quality of the original, the application and the urgency and requires pricing based on the respective text.

To enable us to process your inquiry quickly, we require the following from you:
- the text to be translated (if possible in file format)
- the required language combination(s)
- where applicable, the required completion date
- particulars such as your name or company name, address, contact partner,
telephone and/or fax number and, where available, an e-mail address

You can contact us using our online inquiry form or by fax or e-mail and we will usually make you a non-binding quotation within an hour at no charge. And of course, you can post your inquiry to us as well. We are also available to answer your questions and queries by telephone.

Translations are calculated using standard lines. The basis is the number of lines in the translation, which is measured electronically. A standard line contains on average 50-55 strokes. This means that the price of a translation can only be determined after the translation has been completed. However, a fixed price can also be set in advance if you submit the document or file for translation. Our customers have the option of selecting the mode.

We grant a rebate for first orders in accordance with the scope of the order.

We supply your translation as required as a hard copy, on a data carrier, or by e-mail at the agreed time.

We also carry out certified translations and express orders reliably.

Part deliveries can be agreed for very large or very urgent orders.
