Cancellation policy for our translation services
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days starting from the date of the conclusion of the contract. You can exercise your right of cancellation by informing us, Eurolingua and Interlingua Übersetzungen GmbH & Co. KG, with a clear statement of your wish to cancel this contract.

In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of the contract cancellation from you. Unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for this repayment; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
If you have requested the service to begin during the cancellation period, you will have to pay an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the date on which you notified us that you were exercising your right to cancel this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
