We create and use your company’s individual terminology.
In 1997, Eurolingua was one of the first translation agencies in Germany to set up, introduce and continuously update its QM system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9000 et seq. From 2010 onwards, it also introduced the QM system in accordance with DIN EN 15038:2006 Translation Services and has also updated it on an ongoing basis. It always works with the latest standard.
On 03.01.2025 Eurolingua was certified twice by DEKRA. In accordance with the general ISO standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and with the special standard ISO 17100 Translation Services.
The current ISO standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 serves to ensure a general level of quality. At the same time the standard ISO 17100 deals with the special requirements for the translator/translation service provider, the translation process and the problems of translation with regard to the use of appropriate human and technical resources, quality and project management, the creation of contractual framework conditions and the development of documented procedures for the provision of the service.
Quality is our top priority at Eurolingua. Our quality management system, which has been built up from scratch over decades, receives its certifications from regularly testing certifiers / recertifiers from recognised German accreditation and certification bodies.
